CIRCLE DIRECTOR BIO
Visionary of H.O.P.E. Center Ministries and the Author of the life changing and healing Book Titled: “Persecuted Saints Within the Church Walls.” Teresa Myers is a Prophetic Minister, Author, Speaker, Inspirational Leader, and the Founder and President of TeriMyers.com and HOPE Center Ministries. Teresa is also one of the Executive Directors and Feminine Leaders of Amazing Woman’s Day & Envision Network, A worldwide community of women dedicated to living their most empowered life!
Teresa’s desire, through her writing, is to help strengthen the identity of God’s children, and encourage them to apply the tools that are necessary to transform the “impossible” to the “possible.”
Teresa Myers feels very confident in her call and defines it as solid and sure. Having a strong foundation in her relationship with God encourages her and gives her the confidence to grow and move forward with the calling God has given her. Teresa knows her confidence gives her the strength, ability, desire, and determination to make a difference in peoples’ lives. She says, “The falsehood in believing you can lead others without confidence in your “calling,” is dangerous and foolish. A minister cannot give to others what they do not possess themselves, and would greatly hinder the impact they would make in other’s lives.” Allowing the Lord to fill her daily keeps her focused on the giver, not the gift.
Teresa defines femininity as – “A woman who defines herself through her own eyes instead of through the eyes of others. This woman embraces the gentleness, softness, and genuine purpose of who she is without reservation because she knows her value as a woman and she embraces her inner strength. This woman not only defines herself by her inner beauty, she also defines herself by her unique value and strong family commitment. This woman walks with confidence, purpose, and clarity as she continues to reinforce the inner qualities that make her the beautiful, valuable, and unique woman she is; i.e., love, meekness, gentleness, self-defined, hopeful, soft, graceful, and committed.”
Teresa’s book, “Persecuted Saints Within the Church Walls,” is an account of her personal experiences. Teresa shares the stories of others who have encountered pain and rejection in their search for a church to call home. Ultimately, the book points the way to healing.
After home schooling her four children through high school, Teresa decided to continue her own education. She is currently attending Liberty University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Religion on May 10, 2008, and is now working on her Masters Degree in Professional Counseling. Teresa’s determination to raise her children to be fair and compassionate, in this day of self-obsessions, has been tested by those in the church who have attempted to stifle the anointing, and silence what God has revealed to her in visions and prophecies. Teresa and her husband, Bob, live in the quaint little town of Lake Park, NC where she continues to write what the Lord gives her.
